Job Summary
The IT Project Coordinator will support Trivio Pharmacy’s IT team by planning, executing, and tracking projects to meet deadlines and stay within budget. This role is key in aligning IT projects with company goals to enhance pharmacy operations and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Work with project managers and stakeholders to create project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources for IT projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for project updates, informing stakeholders of progress, risks, and milestones.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and organize project plans, schedules, status reports, and compliance records.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor spending and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Resource Coordination: Arrange resources from internal teams and vendors for project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Support testing to ensure IT solutions meet company and regulatory standards.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and organize documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years in IT project coordination, ideally in healthcare or retail.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office.
- Skills:
- Project management knowledge (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
- Problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency with IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations.
