Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory handling and order picking in the warehouse, maintaining high standards of organization, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

For Stock Checker:

1. Order Verification:
   • Cross-check picked items with bills for quantity, type, MRP, and batch accuracy.
2. Quality Control:
   • Inspect items for any discrepancies or damage.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Assist in monthly stock counts and update records accurately.
4. Packing and Documentation:
   • Pack verified items securely and maintain detailed records of checked orders.
5. Warehouse Maintenance:
   • Keep the workspace clean and organized, following safety protocols.

For Stock Picker:

1. Order Picking:
   • Pick medications as per order specifications, verifying details like batch and expiry.
2. Placing in Buckets:
   • Place picked items in designated buckets for verification.
3. Sending to Checking Team:
   • Transport picked items to the checking team with the corresponding bill.
4. Rack Arrangement and Inventory:
   • Organize items in racks, monitor expiration, and participate in cycle counts.
5. Warehouse Maintenance:
   • Maintain a tidy and organized work area, following safety and PPE guidelines.
